The cold winter weather has me wishing for days like this, relaxing in Congress Park listening to a concert of some kind, laying on the grass.
Of course it wouldn’t be exactly as you see in the picture here, because this was taken in the early 1900’s. The music would be different, the location of things different, but I’m sure the easy feeling of summer in Saratoga Springs was the same then, as it is now.
