Zachary Arsenault is the chef, assisted by a staff of about 20.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Joe Gunther is general manager and Kurt Thompson is the creative director.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The restaurant offers casual meals in the barroom and on the patio and more formal service in the dining room.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Special events are planned include a trivia night on Wednesdays, pasta night on Thursdays, prime rib night on Fridays, and brunch and football on Sundays.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\"><b><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"s2\"><!--more--><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>The restaurant\u2019s schedule will be adjusted to feature those events. The schedule and hours will be posted on the golf club\u2019s website, www.vanpattengolf.com.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is named for the Cooley Kill, a stream that runs through the golf course, providing drainage and irrigation water. The kill was a vital resource for early settlers in what is now Clifton Park.<\/p>\n<p>The address is 924 Main St., Clifton Park.
