He said renovations are being completed by J. Luke Construction\/.He said the layout for the new WellNow location is similar to other locations in the area, with a spacious reception area and six exam rooms. They will be able to perform some lab functions like X-rays and screenings, including COVID-19 testing.<!--more--><br \/>\n\u201cIt is their standard facility, with all the amenities needed to provide urgent care. There is plenty of parking at this location, which will is also central and convenient for area residents,\u201d said Dal Pos.<br \/>\nDal Pos\u2019s LLC, 204 Saratoga Broadway Partners, paid $1.6 million for the property in December 2019.<br \/>\n\u201cWellNow is very savvy when it comes to choosing real estate, which is part of what has lead to their success,\u201d said Dal Pos.<br \/>\nWellNow is working with St. Peter\u2019s Health Partners to oversee the clinics across the area, including the new 2,832-square-foot Saratoga location.<br \/>\nBased in Buffalo, WellNow has locations in Latham and Niskayuna. Other facilities are planned for Glens Falls, Rotterdam, Troy, Gloversville, Rensselaer, Glenville, North Greenbush, Amsterdam and Cobleskill.<br \/>\nConstruction at the Saratoga location is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
