It offers a variety of wines and spirits from New York and California wineries, as well as vineyards from France, Italy and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not the same as even five years ago,\u201d Guglielmo said. \u201cBetter quality products are coming from New York state including cabernets and delicious sparkling wines.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other products are spirits including moonshine, whiskey, gin, vodka, and bourbon.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>By the Bottle is operated solely by the owner, but Guglielmo said she has plans of hiring a part-time employee in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m lucky to do this as my job,\u201d she said. \u201cI want to introduce the latest in New York wines to people. I want my customers to find and try different things.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Every day, By the Bottle offers a couple of wines and spirits to taste. Guglielmo said she will be offering educational seminars in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Hours of operation are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, noon to 7 p.m.; Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays, noon to 5 p.m.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>phone number is (518) 860-0299.
