It has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half-baths.<br \/>Courtesy Showcase of Homes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The 2018 Saratoga Showcase of Homes announce the three \u201cPeople\u2019s Choice\u201d award winners as voted on by the public who visited the homes during the annual fall event.<\/p>\n<p>The Showcase of Homes was presented over three weekends n September. This year\u2019s edition had 13 locations from 12 of area builders on display in Saratoga County. Over 3,500 hundred people toured these new homes, officials said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople\u2019s Choice\u201d winners were:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Classic Home category \u2013 Kodiak Construction. The home is in The Point at Moss Creek and offers expansive western mountain views and sunsets. It has 3,028 square feet of space, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Founded locally by Saratoga Springs natives Jesse Boucher and Justin Sitler, Kodiak Construction serves clients throughout the northern Capital District, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, and Lake George.<br \/>\n<!--more-->Landscaper was Brookside Nursery. Interior design was by Bennington Furniture. Kitchen design as by Creative Designs Kitchens LLC.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Executive Home category \u2013 Malta Development. It is part of the company\u2019s Pinnacle Collection, situated on a prime lot with views of Saratoga Lake in the Lakeview Landing subdivision. It has 3,536 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Landscaper was New Dimensions Outdoor Services. Interior design was by Laural A. Samascott. Kitchen design was by Curtis Lumber.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Luxury Home category \u2013 The Form Collaborative. The home has 5,400 square feet four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Landscaper was Brookside Nursery. Interior Design was by Homeowner Interior Design and Decorating. Kitchen Design as by Curtis Lumber.<\/p>\n<p>This was the first showcase event for both Kodiak Construction and The Form Collaborative.
