Her approach is based on health and wellness, and she is confident people will be receptive to the detailed and careful type of service she provides. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Her office is at 30 Beekman Street, Suite B, in Saratoga Springs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Cobert-Giddens, a native of California, said having rosacea\u2014 a condition that causes redness and often small bumps on the face\u2014gave her an understanding of the self esteem issues people can experience.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It led her on a path to becoming a certified integrative nutrition health coach, as well as a licensed esthetician and certified oncology esthetician. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cMy practice is always different than what people anticipate. I take the time to analyze each client because one treatment does not fit all,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">She used to visit make-up counters seeking advice. Eventually those visits led to a job with a skin care and cosmetic company, which evolved into her business. Her approach to healthy skin goes beyond quick fixes. She approaches it from a medical standpoint, mixed with a holistic style.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><!--more-->\u201cI understand that healthy skin is often about uncovering what is going on. It could be a food sensitivity, a detergent allergy. It can be many different things,\u201d said Cobert-Giddens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">She focuses on the mind-body connection to food and educates her clients on the importance of eating healthy. She said by combining lifestyle and nutritional coaching, she is able to work with physicians and determine factors that lead clients to weight gain, skin sensitivities, premature aging, perimenopause and fatigue. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Her services include skin care therapy, nutritional and detoxifying sessions, in addition to makeup and acne solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cI really like the feel of Beekman Street. It welcomes holistic practices. It has a different vibe. I already have a base of clients in Saratoga and I am excited,\u201d said Cobert-Giddens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">She recently wrote a book, \u201cHealTHY Self Beauty,\u201d that focuses on what she practices.
