She represents hospitals both locally and nationwide in their financing transactions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In her role as president and CEO of the firm, Gavin is responsible for strategic planning and management of client relationships. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Gavin has also held fundraising, leadership and board positions with Saratoga Care Foundation Inc., Saratoga Hospital, Saratoga Central Catholic School, Flower &amp; Fruit Mission of Saratoga Hospital, Committee on Healthcare Financing and Adirondack Trust Co. Community Fund as former chairperson and advisory committee member.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> * * *<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Jenifer Marten<\/b> was promoted to vice president and commercial relationship manager at Ballston Spa National Bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Marten is responsible for managing commercial banking relationships. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">She joined the bank in 2005 as an assistant vice president, retail sales manager and was promoted in 2014 to assistant vice president, commercial relationship manager. She received a bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing and management from Siena College and an associate\u2019s degree from SUNY Cobleskill for business administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Active in the community, she is the 2017 board chairperson for the Chamber of Southern Saratoga County.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>As a long-time volunteer with the Chamber, she led the Women in Business committee in 2015 and 2016 and was the driving force behind the Baskets of Hope program. This program benefits Wellspring and its mission to end domestic violence and relationship abuse in Saratoga County. Marten also serves as den mother for her children\u2019s Cub Scout troop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Sandra Losee<\/b> was named assistant vice president and business development officer at Ballston Spa National Bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Losee will be responsible for developing relationships with business prospects and customers in order to generate, retain and expand lending and deposit services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> Losee will work from the bank\u2019s new full service branch at 1973 Western Ave. in Guilderland, which is slated to open later this spring. With over 20 years of previous experience in the banking industry, she was most recently a branch manager at First Niagara Bank. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> Active in the community, Losee is the treasurer of the Western Turnpike Kiwanis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> * * *<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><!--more--><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saratoga.com\/business\/stored-technology-solutions-12156\/\">StoredTech<\/a> hired <b>Bret Cofer<\/b> as vice president of operations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The company also said <b>Alan VanTassel<\/b> has transferred to a sales and marketing role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cofer is relocating from Rochester. He has a background in service delivery from companies such as Extreme Networks and Avaya. Cofer has 25 years of experience in the technology sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">VanTassel has been with StoredTech for nearly four years. His background includes working with companies like Verizon. He is a specialist in strategy and staff development.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> * * *<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Robert Singley <\/b>of Saratoga Springs, an employee of AT&amp;T, was honored recently by the company with the President\u2019s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Singley was awarded a bronze award for volunteering more than 100 volunteer hours in 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The PVSA recognizes individuals who demonstrate a commitment to volunteerism throughout the year. Singley is among 4,288 AT&amp;T employees nationwide to receive an award. They logged a minimum of 100 service hours last year, with many volunteering more than 500 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> * * *<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Dr. Patrick McNulty<\/b> has joined Saratoga Hospital as director of interventional cardiology. He oversees both emergency and diagnostic cardiac procedures at the hospital\u2019s Whitney-Hendrickson Cardiovascular Center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> McNulty comes to Saratoga Hospital from Bassett Healthcare Network in Cooperstown, where he served as chief of cardiology and oversaw the significant expansion of cardiac services. He has extensive experience in building and growing a comprehensive interventional cardiology program. Interventional cardiologists perform minimally invasive, catheter-based procedures\u2014including balloon angioplasty and stenting\u2014to diagnose and treat heart conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, McNulty earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After an internship and residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, he completed fellowship training in cardiology at Yale University Medical Center. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> McNulty is board certified in internal medicine, with subspecialty certifications in cardiology and interventional cardiology.
