After<br \/>\n13 years of working with a national real estate<br \/>\nfirm, she decided to venture solo, opening her own<br \/>\nfirm, Cameron &amp; Associates Real Estate Service,<br \/>\nlocated at 38 Saratoga Ave. in South Glens Falls.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is the right time in my life to launch my<br \/>\nown company,&#8221; said Cameron.<\/p>\n<p>She owned a residential and commercial<br \/>\ncleaning service with a business partner which<br \/>\nthey decided to sell in 2002. She said she was<br \/>\ncontemplating what to do next when her father,<br \/>\nwho was flipping houses at the time, suggested<br \/>\nshe get a real estate license.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have been licensed since 2002 with a large<br \/>\ncorporate firm and have helped hundreds of<br \/>\nclients and customers over the years with their<br \/>\nreal estate needs,&#8221; she said. &#8220;Over the past couple<br \/>\nof years, I was only doing real estate part-time<br \/>\nto pursue other successful business ventures,<br \/>\nhowever, I missed selling real estate full time and<br \/>\ndecided this was the right time in my life to open<br \/>\nmy own company.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Cameron&#8217;s base is in Warren, Washington and<br \/>\nSaratoga counties, where she feels she knows<br \/>\nthe real estate climate very well. She specializes<br \/>\nin both residential and commercial rentals and<br \/>\nproperty management.<\/p>\n<p>Cameron began with Coldwell Banker Prime<br \/>\nProperties in 2002, and it was there where she has<br \/>\nbeen able to gain experience. She has served on<br \/>\nthe Warren County Association of Realtors board of directors and has been a member of the Realtors<br \/>\npolitical action committee for six years. She<br \/>\nalso served as chairperson for the scholarship<br \/>\ncommittee for the Realtor Association.
