Roohan Realty announced that Cindy Hollowood and Anne O’Toole have joined the team as licensed real estate salespersons.
Hollowood grew up in North Greenbush and has lived in Saratoga Springs for nearly 40 years. She received in B.A. in sociology from SUNY Albany and holds an A.A.S. in criminal justice from Hudson Valley Community College.
She operated the Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs for 38 years and has served on numerous boards and committees in both business and philanthropic circles. She is a founding member and past chair of the city’s convention and tourism bureau and the past chair and 25-year board member of the New York State Hospitality and Tourism Association.
She has served on the board of the American Red Cross, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation. Hollowood served on the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Board of Appeals, chaired the Next Step Downtown Redevelopment Committee and currently represents the city on the Saratoga Race Course Advisory Board.
O’Toole has lived in Saratoga Springs for the past 18 years. She grew up in New Jersey and received her B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston. She had a successful career in sales and advertising in New York City before moving to Saratoga.
O’Toole has been a long time, active volunteer in the community serving on the St. Clement’s School Board for several years and currently a member of the Albany Diocesan School Board.

Saratoga National Bank and Trust Co. announced the addition of Dori McDannold as assistant vice president, marketing manager for public relations.
In addition to overseeing public relations strategies, McDannold will support corporate and customer communications, develop outreach plans for marketing campaigns and monitor company presence online and within the community. Her work will also support Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Co. and Upstate Agency LLC in South Glens Falls, parts of the Arrow family of companies.
McDannold has more than 30 years of financial services marketing, communications and public relations experience at Capital Region financial institutions, most recently at Kinderhook Bank.
Originally from Loudonville, she earned a liberal arts degree from Hudson Valley Community College and currently lives in Waterford. She holds a board position and is past president of the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall Corp.

Two area business owners were among 13 honored by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) at a graduation ceremony for its Emerging Leaders program.
Nick Patterson of Dig Deep Chiropractic & Massage in Clifton Park and David Sowinski of Miss Steel LLC in Mechanicville were honored in Albany on Nov. 20.
The SBA program is made possible through support from local partners including the Albany Small Business Development Center, Arsenal Business & Tech Partnership, Capital Region Chamber, New York Business Development Corporation, and Northeast NY SCORE Chapter.
Emerging Leaders provides free entrepreneurship education and training for executives of small, poised-for-growth companies that are potential job creators. The executive entrepreneurship series includes nearly 100 hours of classroom time. It also provides opportunities for small business owners to work with experienced coaches and mentors, attend workshops, and develop connections with their peers, local leaders, and the financial community.

Saratoga Associates announced the addition of three people to its staff.
Jacob Dilson is a junior landscape designer. He has a Master of Landscape Architecture degree.
His responsibilities range from design drawings; to feasibility studies and site research; to field work.
Luis Mocreia moved from New Jersey to Portugal as a youngster, ultimately receiving a degree in landscape architecture from the Universidade de Évora.
After 18 years in Portugal, he returned to the U.S. and has worked as an account manager and a project manager for various landscape firms.
At Saratoga Associates, he will focus on landscape architectural services that include site layout and design, grading, landscape design, tree inventory and assessments, associated construction detailing, site planning and zoning analysis, stormwater management design, preparation of graphic renderings for presentation.
Andrew Trodler joins Saratoga Associates with over 19 years of experience in all phases and facets of landscape architecture throughout the Carolinas, Texas, and New York state.
He has worked on urban, resort, commercial, institutional, residential, golf course, and mixed-use projects. His recent endeavors involve the use of 3D computer modeling and imaging.
His role has been in creating a vision of what a project beholds for better understanding by clients, stakeholders, municipalities, and consultants.

Dr. Disha Mookherjee, a fellowship-trained cardiologist with extensive expertise in women’s heart health, has joined Saratoga Hospital Medical Group – Cardiology.
Mookherjee comes to Saratoga Hospital from St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, Minn., where she was the founding director of the Women’s Heart Clinic. She also served as director of St. Luke’s cardiac rehabilitation program and echocardiography lab.
A fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Mookherjee earned a medical degree from State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. She completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx and a cardiology fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
Mookherjee is board certified in cardiovascular disease with subspecialty certifications in nuclear cardiology and adult echocardiography. She has a special interest in preventive cardiology, heart disease in women, meditation, navigating grief and the role of integrative medicine in healing the whole heart.
