The 2019 Saratoga Showcase of Homes Committee announced its line-up builders the annual event that will take place on the fall weekends of September 14-15, Sept. 21-22 and Sept. 28-29.
The award-winning builders committed to this year’s event are: BDG Group, Bella Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, Bonacio Construction, Degraff-Bloom Custom Builders, Heritage Custom Builders, Kodiak Construction, La Femme Home Builders, and Witt Construction.
There will also be a “tiny house” on display, premiering at this year’s Showcase of Homes.
Tickets to visit all these homes remains at $20.
Officials said the Taste of Showcase Preview event is back by popular demand and will be held on Friday, Sept. 13 from 6-9 p.m. at selected showcase homes. That day, people who go on the tour can sample foods, wine and beer from local chefs and distilleries. Tickets will be $25, or $40 when purchased with a regular showcase ticket.
The Showcase Committee has an extensive marketing and promotional campaign in development, which includes official media sponsors in print including newspapers and magazines, online, television, and social media.

Over the past 23 years, the community event has contributed over $1.1 million dollars to two local charities.
Proceeds from the Showcase of Homes benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties.
A total of $63,000 was raised last year.
