Pavilion Grand Hotel, owned and operated by Prime Companies, celebrated an official opening of Fish at 30 Lake under new ownership in May.
The seafood-centric restaurant, located within the Pavilion Grand Hotel, was purchased in November by Ronald Farber and Jodie Leuchten, also the owners of R+R Kitchen and Bar and Upstairs at 43 Phila in Saratoga Springs.
“Our guests are thoroughly enjoying both the restaurant and the catering events that have taken place on our rooftop,” said Susanne Simpson, general manager of Pavilion Grand Hotel. “We look forward to the summer season and their sidewalk patio opening as well.”
Located at 30 Lake Ave. and on the main floor of Pavilion Grand Hotel, Fish at 30 Lake caters to a local and regional audience as well as guests from around the world staying at the hotel. The restaurant’s menu showcases a variety of fresh seafood options, signature-crafted pasta, steak, and chicken dishes, as well as an extensive wine list to complement their exquisite entrée selections.
Fish at 30 Lake also offers customizable catering options, either in-restaurant or in the hotel’s rooftop meeting and event space, as well as in the large penthouse suites.
