Sonny Bonacio and his team at Bonacio Construction celebrated on Aug. 7 the official launch of their latest condominium project, Residences on Union Avenue.
Bonacio Construction, in conjunction with Norstar Development USA, LP, created the project at 46 Union Ave., in the location of the former Moore Hall, which was a Skidmore College dormitory.
The main building features an exterior reminiscent of traditional Saratoga charm while the interior affords luxurious living and modern amenities the company said. The five-building property has a parking garage.
Residences on Union offers floor plans that range from 1,375 quare feet to 2,416 square feet. Amenities include secured keyless building entrances, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplaces, terraces with electric and water and custom closet packages.
These fully secured buildings also offer cameras on premises and a video intercom.
Julie & Co. Realty listing agents, Julie Bonacio and Jane Sanzen, have marketed the property with its prime location, not far from Saratoga Race Course.
These 1-3 bedroom condos and townhomes are also near Congress Park. Julie & Co. Realty said the units are selling quickly.
The main building, as seen from Union Avenue, is three floors with 18 condos, with 11 sold already. Behind the main building are four townhomes. Out of those eight units, only two units remain according to the company.
Pricing starts at $689,900.
