TriNova Northeast, a distributor of hi-tech instrumentation for various industries, is settling in to a new Ballston Spa location, complete with offices, a warehouse and training facilities.
The growing business serves upstate New York, in addition to New England.
TriNova works with clients from a broad spectrum of industries to provide solutions to their instrumentation needs. It represents over 30 manufacturers in the Southeast region and has five locations in four states.
Kevin Bischoping, TriNova’s Upstate and New England general manager, said the new Saratoga County branch at 2 McCrae Hill Road is officially known as TriNova Northeast.
The corporate office for TriNova is located in Mobile, Ala., with additional offices in Lakeland, Fla.; Gonzales, La.; Memphis Tenn. and Birmingham, Ala.
Bischoping said the Saratoga County office is a central location that will allow them to reach much of the eastern United States, including Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Upstate New York.
“The location provides great logistics to reach the entire Northeast. And beside the central location, it is easy to draw talent here. This is where you want to live for a great quality of life,” said Bischoping.
He said TriNova works as a manufacturer’s representative in the area of process automation. Its focus is instrumentation for process control The response to these services being available in the area has been very positive, he noted.
“We sell and service to manufacturers in all industries—for example chemical, food and beverage, life sciences, power, pulp and paper, etc. The response from our customers has been great. They are excited about the customer support we provide,” he said.
“Our service capabilities go beyond the products we represent, allowing us to take on an entire start-up of a new process. The customer experience we provide from our application engineers and account managers is best in class,” said Bischoping.
TriNova Northeast has 16 employees and is already looking to expand with the addition of a new position, a Northeast service coordinator.
