The winners of the annual event were chosen from nominations submitted by others in the community.
At a reception on Oct. 17 at Brookside Museum, each award recipient was given a framed certificate along with a Curtis Lumber gift card in recognition of their efforts.
The presentations were made by BSBPA board member and beautification chairperson Michelle Burlingame, Curtis Lumber representative Doug Ford and Pete Bardunias, CEO of the Chamber of Southern Saratoga County.
Winners were:
Best residential new build, 489 Garrett Road, Rich Futyma and Maria Hoffmeyer, with Ethos Homes.
Best residential renovation, 15 Knickerbocker, Thad and Andrea Smith.
Best landscaping improvements: 31 Chapman St., Christine Fitzpatrick and David Maynard.
Best commercial new build: Stewarts Shop at 170 Church Ave.
Best commercial interior renovation: Willow’s Bistro, Sandra James and Kiersten Houck.
Best commercial complete renovation: Russo’s Ballston Spa, Michael and Barb Russo.
The BSBPA thanked recipients for their work to improve the community, as well as community members who submitted nominations.
