Michael Kelly was named personal banker at Ballston Spa National Bank.
Kelly will be supporting the branch and playing a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing financial solutions for new and existing customers.
He will also assist branch management with daily operations and staff supervision.
Kelly went to John Jay College of Criminal Justice and received a bachelor of arts degree in political science. Prior to joining BSNB he had held several retail management positions.

Maria Nadoraski was named senior mortgage loan officer at Ballston Spa National Bank.
Nadoraski will be responsible for working with new and existing customers to originate residential mortgage loan products while maximizing customer relationships and enhancing
the customer experience.
She will be working out of BSNB’s Latham office. The branch is a full-service location offering commercial and personal banking services, mortgage and consumer loans as well as trust and investment services.
Prior to joining Ballston Spa National Bank, she was a senior mortgage loan officer in Latham for a regional bank and also gained extensive experience working for a multi-state mortgage bank as a loan officer in their Albany office.

Chloe Williams has joined Franklin Community Center as a Project Lift family outreach educator working primarily with Dorothy Nolan and Division Street Elementary Schools.
Williams grew up in Saratoga Springs and volunteered with Project Lift during high school and came back as an intern while attending college. She graduated from Vassar College in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
She taught at Esperanza Academy, a tuition-free independent middle school for girls in Lawrence, Mass.

Saratoga Hospital has announced Dr. Elizabeth Valentine has joined the Saratoga Hematology/Oncology at Malta practice.
The practice focuses on preventing and treating cancer and blood disorders, including leukemias, anemias, and bleeding and clotting conditions, as well as a focus on genetic risk assessment counseling.
Valentine was fellowship-trained at SUNY Upstate Medical Center and has board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in hematology and oncology. She is a member of the Saratoga Hospital Medical Group, the hospital’s multi-specialty practice.
