The Pavilion Grand Hotel in downtown
Saratoga Springs was recognized by the
Huffington Post as one of “Ten Top Small But
Surprisingly Posh Inns in the Northeast US”
in a list published on Jan. 11.
The 48-suite luxury boutique hotel, which
falls under the umbrella of Capital Region
residential and commercial real estate developer,
broker and property manager Prime
Companies, was recognized for rooms that are
“immaculate, contemporary and larger than
most…with appointments that any city (or
country) dweller would crave.”
The Pavilion Grand Hotel is one block off
Broadway, which was named one of “America’s
Greatest Main Streets” by Travel and Leisure.
It has oversized condo-style suite accommodations
up to 2,300 square feet. The hotel
also features an on-site, full-service spa; a
restaurant and bar, among other amenities.
