Julie Bonacio launched a new company, Julie & Co. Realty LLC in Saratoga Springs located in
Suite 314 at 18 Division St., one floor below the offices of Bonacio Construction.

Julie Bonacio and her newly assembled
team of real estate agents and brokers
launched a new company on Nov. 15, Julie &
Co. Realty LLC.
“We had a great opening, with lots of traffic
going through the properties. And we
capped off the launch with a party afterward
at Max London’s to celebrate,” said Bonacio.
Julie & Co. Realty represents a natural
business progression for Bonacio, who will
remain vice president of Bonacio Construction.
She described the new venture as a “boutique”
firm with a focus on residential resale,
commercial projects and Bonacio Construction
projects. The company’s goal is to provide
clients with an “exemplary” real estate
experience. She said her team of experienced
agents will succeed in their mission.
To help her achieve her goals, Bonacio
hired licensed real estate broker Camille
Hord to manage Julie & Co. Hord was a
branch manager at Realty USA and, with
more than 27 years in the business, she will
be “the missing piece of the puzzle” for the
new company, said Bonacio.
Bonacio will take on more agents in the future, but at this time she said she plans to
limit the number to about a dozen.
The Bonacio umbrella of companies covers
many areas, from development to construction
and management, she said.
“With some exciting Bonacio projects
coming up in the near future, it’ll be exciting
to be personally involved in filling the spaces.
Our team is raring to go,” said Bonacio.
In addition to Hord, other members of the
Julie & Co. team include, Kathleen Revell,
JoAnn Potrzuski Cassidy, Katie Nemer, Jill
Borst, Laura Hogan, and Brooke Toma.
Bonacio has been licensed realtor for 26
years, she began her career right after graduation
from college, working for her father’s
company. She later joined Roohan Realty
and was a member of that team for 15 years.
Julie & Co. Realty will be located in Suite
314 at 18 Division St., one floor below the
offices of Bonacio Construction and its
other business, West Side Management of
Saratoga LLC. The space is currently under
construction and Bonacio expects the work
to be completed by early next year. The close
proximity to Bonacio Construction allows
her to maneuver between companies and
manage tasks at both offices.
