HomeBridge Financial Services Inc., a
residential mortgage lender, has relocated
its Capital Region headquarters from Colonie
to downtown Saratoga Springs.
The new office can be found at 125 High
Rock Ave., Suite. 202, in the historic Van
Raalte Mill building.
Staffed by branch sales manager and
mortgage loan originator Heidi Ives and
mortgage loan originator Christian LaBier,
the new office location allows for further
expansion of the HomeBridge organization
into Upstate New York and New Jersey,
company officials said.

of this new office allows us to provide
outstanding service to our customers
throughout the Capital Region.”
Along with their new Saratoga Springs
office space, HomeBridge plans to add
staff and is seeking interested people,
said Ives.

nearly 1,400 associates in more than 90 offices
