Allen Caruso of First Integrity Real Estate
Services was awarded Realtor Associate
of the Year by the Saratoga Schenectady
Schoharie Board of Realtors.
Caruso received the award during a recent
ceremony at the board’s annual meeting
at the Edison Club in Rexford.
Realtor Associate of the Year recognizes
those who have served not only the real
estate profession but also their communities.
The award is given every year to an
individual who participates in civic activities,
has notable business accomplishments,
and is an active association member.
Since starting in the real estate industry
just over a year ago, at the age of 24, Caruso
quickly found success. According to First
Integrity Real Estate Services, he has far
exceeded his goals, having closed over $10
million in residential sales in just the first
10 months of 2014.
“Allen has what it takes to be successful
in this business,” said Adam Doig, principal
broker of First Integrity Real Estate Services.
“He works hard and provides excellent
service to his clients.”
Caruso’s professional and personal real
estate experience, customer service skills,
marketing expertise, real-world business
experience, and entrepreneurial spirit
make him an asset to his clients, and the
First Integrity Real Estate team, the company
said.
In addition to real estate, Caruso has
years of experience in customer service and
direct-to-consumer marketing. He launched
his first enterprise in 2008. “My goal,” he
said, “is to see what the view is like at the
top of the business mountain, and then push
on further.”
