Tickets for the 2014 Saratoga Showcase of
Homes are now on sale.
The 2014 Saratoga Showcase of Homes is
presented over three weekends, Sept. 20-21, Sept.
27-28 and Oct. 4-5, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are
$20. This year’s edition has 14 locations from 13
builders.
Tickets are available at Adirondack Trust Co.,
Saratoga National Bank and Trustco Bank locations,
Curtis Lumber in Ballston Spa, Realty USA
offices in Clifton Park and Saratoga Springs, and
Roohan Realty in Saratoga Springs.
Tickets can also be purchased online at www.saratogashowcaseofhomes.com and are available
at any showcase home during tour hours. Again this
year, each showcase ticket holder will receive a free
shoe/tote bag at the first home visited.
Participating award-winning builders are Bella
Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, BCI Construction,
Bonacio Construction, Classic Homes,
Heritage Custom Builders, Malta Development,
Polito Homes, Richbell Capital, Saratoga Builders,
Traditional Builders, VanVeghten Construction and
Witt Construction.
Also part of the event is the Showcase Chefs
“Comforts of Home” evening, on Friday, Sept. 19, from 5-10 p.m. Visitors can tour the homes and
sample comfort foods from many popular local restaurants.
Tickets for that night are $25 each. Due
to the nature of the event, quantities will be limited.
A $40 combo ticket includes the Showcase Chefs
event and Saratoga Showcase of Homes ticket.
The Comforts of Home event will feature eight
chefs: Scott Ringwood of Lake Ridge Restaurant at
Bella Home Builders; Carla Kuchar of Zest Chefs
at Belmonte Builders; James Frese of Pasta Pane
at Witt Construction; Pat Longton of The Wishing
Well at Classic Homes; John LaPosta of Maestro’s at
Malta Development; Tom Dillon of Jack Dillon’s at
BCI Construction; Brady Duhame of 15 Church at
Polito Homes; and Sandra Foster of Villago Pizzeria
& Ristorante at Traditional Builders.
Now celebrating its 19th year, this annual community
event has contributed over $825,000 to
local charities. Proceeds will benefit Rebuilding
Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity
of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington
Counties.
