RealtyUSA, which has offices in Saratoga
County, has entered into an agreement to merge
Coldwell Banker Rimada Realty, Inc.’s Watertown
and Carthage offices with RealtyUSA’s
statewide operations effective June 1.
Rimada Realty will continue to serve its local
marketplace as they have for 31 years using the
name RealtyUSA.
Joe Rizzo, Sr. owner/broker of Coldwell Banker
Rimada Realty, Inc. said he was “impressed

Sixty days ago Elliott Realty, with offices
in Watertown and Henderson Harbor joined
RealtyUSA.
