PC, which has an office in Clifton Park, was
installed in June as president of the Capital
District Women’s Bar Association, (CDWBA).
She becomes the 36th President of the
Capital District Chapter of the Women’s Bar
Association of New York State.

president-elect, Rebekah Nellis Kennedy as
first vice president, Dana L. Salazar as second

CDWBA mission to promote advancement
of Capital Region women, encouragement of
fair and impartial administration of justice,
providing public service, and outlined goals
to further the mission.
“We have a duty to promote women to
the bench.” Dalbec stated. “One key issue
for us, in the third judicial district, particularly,
is that the Supreme Court trial bench
lacks women and lacks diversity.” To that
end Dalbec announced that CDWBA would
be co- hosting a CLE in the early fall titled
“Everything you need to know about becoming
a judge.”
Dalbec has been an active member of the
Bar Association since 2002.
Dalbec is an experienced civil and criminal
litigator who has focused her practice
on matrimonial law, family court matters,
plaintiff’s personal injury, complex criminal
defense, and defending professionals in disciplinary
matters. She has trial experience
including criminal matters, negotiation,
mediation and settlement of substantial
civil cases.
