The 2014 Saratoga Showcase of Homes
Committee announced its lineup of 14
award-winning builders for this year’s premiere
home tour event.
The annual fall tradition continues over
three weekends on Sept. 20-21, 27-28 and
Oct. 4-5 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The builders committed to this year’s
showcase are Bella Home Builders, Belmonte
Builders, BCI Construction, Bonacio
Construction, Classic Homes, Heritage
Custom Builders, Malta Development,
Polito Homes, Richbell Capital, Saratoga
Builders, Traditional Builders, Trojanski
Custom Builders, VanVeghten Construction
and Witt Construction.
Now celebrating 19 years, the event has
contributed over $825,000 to local charities.
Tickets are $20. The Showcase Chef’s
“Comforts of Home” event at nine participating
homes kicks off the festivities on
Friday, Sept. 19 from 5-10 p.m. Tickets for
that night are $40 each, which also includes
a 2014 Saratoga Showcase of Homes ticket.
The Showcase Committee said it has
an extensive advertising and promotional
campaign scheduled that includes official
media sponsorships in print (newspapers
and magazines), online, radio, television,
billboards and social media.

Proceeds from the Showcase of Homes
benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga County
and Habitat for Humanity of Northern
Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties.
