Saratoga Casino and Raceway announced
a partnership with Saratoga Olive
Oil Co. The casino now features a selection
of Saratoga Olive Oil products at the Garden
Buffet and Fortunes trackside restaurant.
The initial offering at each restaurant will
include a grapefruit white balsamic vinegar
and Milanese gremolata olive oil. A display
is in the salad bar in the Garden Buffet that
showcases the products being used from
Saratoga Olive Oil. Additionally, Saratoga
Casino and Raceway.
Saratoga Olive Oil was founded in 2011
and is located at 484 Broadway in downtown
Saratoga.
