Five Saratoga National Bank offices
raised more than $460 for Operation
Adopt A Soldier by raffling handcrafted
furniture and collectibles.
Throughout September, the bank’s main
office in Saratoga Springs, the Wilton office
on Route 9, and the Ballard Road, Jones
Road and West Avenue locations sold tickets
for 13 handmade and carved wooden items
donated by Weaver Sawmill and Adirondack
Mirrors & Products. The selection included
a bench, table, and various plaques and
clocks commemorating the Saratoga Race
Course’s 150th anniversary.
The raffle raised $466 for the Wilton-based
Operation Adopt A Soldier, which sends care
packages to u.S. troops stationed overseas.
