Victoria Baecker was hired as director
of communications for
Bouchey Financial and
Bouchey & Clarke.
Her responsibilities
include coordinating
and implementing the
firm’s social media presence,
marketing, public
relations, coordinating special events, charitable
giving and business development. She
joins the firm with over eight years experience
in the development world.
Baecker has a bachelor of arts in Theatre
from Russell Sage College and a master of
science in organizational management from
The Sage Colleges. A 2012 graduate of the
Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce
leadership institute, she has been a
board member and program committee chairwoman
for Public Relations Society of America
(PRSA) and Program Committee member for
Women in Development (WiD) and co-chaired
the 2012 PRSA Northeast District Conference,
held in Troy.
Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s
Ambassador Committee and teaches
Women Changing the World, a service learning
course for juniors and seniors at Russell Sage
College.
A team led by Garrett Dawson, a Saratoga
National Bank and Trust Co. employee, raised
nearly $4,000 for the leukemia and lymphoma
Society as part of the recent Light the Night
Walk in Albany.
Dawson, a leukemia survivor, and his teammates
hosted a bake sale, barbecue and an evening
at 16 Handles in Clifton Park to raise funds
for the nonprofit organization. Other Saratoga
National Bank employees participated in the
light the Night Walk to show their support, including
Madison Ives and Dawn Cottrell.
Light The Night raises money for treatments
that help save the lives of leukemia and lymphoma
patients.
Heather Rivenburg of Saratoga Springs was named marketing and community relations coordinator for Saratoga Hospital.
Previously, she was client liaison and practice coordinator for the hospital’s Corporate Health Services, responsible for business and client development. Rivenburg has extensive marketing experience. Past positions include vice president of marketing and administration at Jon S. Frank & Associates, senior marketing manager at Hanley Wood publications, and advertising accounts manager at The Washington Post, all in the Washington, D.C., area.
She also was a career firefighter and emergency medical technician for Anne Arundel County, Md. Rivenburg has a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting and film from Boston University.

Dr. Jeremy Morgan Eager, anesthesiology,
received his medical degree from Uniformed
Services University of Health Sciences.
He completed an internship at William Beaumont
Army Medical Center and a residency at
Brooke Army Medical Center, both in Texas. He is board certified in anesthesiology and in
practice at Anesthesia Group of Albany, which
provides anesthesiology services at Saratoga
Hospital and its Saratoga Surgery Center.
Dr. Jeffrey Louis Hedden, physical
medicine, received his medical degree
from SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine. He
completed an internship and a residency at
Albany Medical Center. Hedden is in practice
at Adirondack Rehabilitation Medicine in
Queensbury.
Dr. Jordan T. Mazur, anesthesiology,
received his medical degree from University
of Minnesota Medical School and completed
an internship and a residency at University of
Maryland Medical Center. Mazur is in practice
at Anesthesia Group of Albany, which provides
anesthesiology services at Saratoga Hospital
and its Saratoga Surgery Center.
Dr. John P. Rowlands, anesthesiology,
received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical
College in Philadelphia. He completed an
internship and a residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock
Medical Center, Lebanon, N.H. Rowlands is
in practice at Anesthesia Group of Albany, which
provides anesthesiology services to Saratoga
Hospital and its Saratoga Surgery Center.
Fingerpaint Marketing hired Elizabeth
Schlegel for its finance team, Leo Parker
for its studio services team, and Ashley Previte
for its editorial team.
Schlegel comes from Mohawk Golf Club
where, as staff accountant, she managed
payroll, legal paperwork and general ledger
accounts and prepared month-end reports. She
also has work experience with Tice, Brunell &
Co. CPAs, where she prepared individual, estate
and corporate tax returns. At Fingerpaint,
Schlegel will manage accounts payable and
the general ledger and assist the finance team
with daily operations.
She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting
from Siena College.
Parker brings to Fingerpaint more than 20
years of experience in the digital imaging and
content marketing industries. He has a background
in digital archiving management systems,
image manipulation and color theory. As
production technology specialist at McMurry/
TMG, Parker gained knowledge of content
management systems, photo retouching and
color alteration.
At Quad/Graphics, he was production lead
and imaging specialist. Parker has an associate’s
degree in business administration from
SUNY Cobleskill and a bachelor’s degree in
public/private management from the SUNY
Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome.

that business valuation and enhanced
earnings expert Johanne Floser has joined
the company as client manager. She is a certified
valuation analyst (CVA) and a certified
business appraiser (CBA).
Floser has over 19 years of valuation and
related experience. Before joining TBC, Floser
spent 14 years with a regional accounting
firm, serving as a senior manager for the last
six years. In addition, she has worked with a
wide range of privately-held commercial and
professional clients and has authored numerous
valuation articles.
Floser earned a bachelor of science degree
in accounting from the College of St. Rose.
She has completed numerous qualified continuing
professional education courses with a
concentration in the disciplines of valuation
and litigation.
She is a member of the Capital District

two new staffers.
John R. Jenkins Jr. joins the council as
the finance manager.

The RCCT is a dignified, standardized

assess comprehension, visual task/spatial
performance, number recognition, fall risk,
and more, for elders who are cognitively

draw a picture of a clock drawing to the best
of their ability.
