Roohan Realty announced that Gail DeLilli
has joined the company
as a licensed associate
real estate broker.
She brings has a
25-year career in real
estate specializing in
Saratoga and Fulton
County and is a member
of the Greater Capital
Association of Realtors,
New York State Association of Realtors and the
National Association of Realtors.
DeLilli resides in Ballston Spa with her husband
and has two children and two grandchildren.
Alpin Haus announced the promotion of
Jonathan Baker to sales manager of the
Alpin Haus RV store in
Saratoga Springs.
Baker is charged with
the responsibility of overseeing
all sales staff and
training at the location.
Baker is the son of
longtime Alpin Haus
employee Dave Baker,
sales manager at the Alpin
Haus RV store in Amsterdam. As a teenager,
the younger Baker worked under his father as a
lot attendant before leaving for SUNY Buffalo,
where he graduated with a degree in business
administration in 2006.
Baker returned to Alpin Haus, first as a
salesperson, then the business manager at the
Saratoga Springs RV store prior to his most
recent promotion. He replaces Bob Brundige,
who retired in March after a 40-year career at
Alpin Haus.
Baker lives in Clifton Park.

addition of Kimberly Strauchon Verner,
Esq. as an attorney with the firm.
Verner received her
bachelor’s degree from
University at Albany
and her juris doctorate
from Vermont Law
School. Bringing 15
years of legal experience,
she will concentrate
her practice in
the areas of elder law,
special needs planning, general estate planning
and estate administration.
She also currently services on the board of
directors for the Living Resources Certified
Home Health Agency and the Capital District
Center for Independence.
She is a frequent speaker in community on
the topics of special needs trusts, planning for
individuals with disabilities, long term care
planning and Medicaid and general estate
planning.
Ed Lewi Associates announced the appointment
of Eliza Whipple Bianco as public
relations specialist. In
her role, Bianco will
assist with media relations,
communications
and marketing efforts
for the agency’s client
base throughout New
York and New England.
Prior to joining Ed
Lewi Associates, Bianco
spent five years as an account director at the
public relations firm Bullfrog & Baum in New
York City, where she managed accounts for top
restaurants, brands and highly regarded chefs including Chef Bobby Flay, Four Seasons Hotels
and Resorts and several other Michelin Star
restaurants and notable properties.
Bianco was also involved in orchestrating
full marketing campaigns and the opening
of restaurants, as well as their participation
in such well-known events as the New York
City Wine & Food Festival, Aspen Food &
Wine and the South Beach Wine & Food
Festival.
She also previously served as the marketing
director at Hippo’s, a consumer
electronics company in Albany.
Bianco is a graduate of The College
of Saint Rose, where she earned both a
bachelor’s degree and a master of science
in public communications. During her undergraduate
career, Bianco was a member
of the women’s soccer team, where she
broke the school’s all-time record for point
producer and goal scorer in 2003. She was
inducted into The College of Saint Rose Hall
of Fame in 2010 for her accomplishments on
the soccer field.
