Ballston Spa National Bank announced that
Jill Robbins, retail banking administrator and
security officer, received the bank’s 2013 SuMMIT
Employee of the year Award.
At a recent employee meeting, Christopher R.
Dowd, president and CEO, recognized Robbins for
her outstanding dedication to customer service and
for supporting the bank’s core values of teamwork,
respect, accountability, integrity and leadership.
“Jill is truly a team player who exemplifies a strong work ethic and the customer service skills that we hope to consistently achieve as an organization,” said Dowd. “She has established herself as a leader at BSNB by the example she sets and the care she takes in performing the wide range of responsibilities she manages on a daily basis.”
Robbins joined the bank in 2004 as a branch operations manager and advanced to the position of retail banking administrator and security officer in October 2007.
She is a resident of Schuylerville, and is active with the Saratoga Springs Rotary Club.
