The Chamber of Southern Saratoga
County completed the restructuring begun
in January with the hiring of longtime volunteer
Sabrina Heilmann as membership
manager.
Reporting to Vice President of Marketing
and Membership Development Nigar
Hale, Heilmann will coordinate member
recruitment and the efforts of the membership
committee, known as diplomats and
emissaries. She will also continue in her
role as the Chamber’s benefit specialist for
Bouchey and Clarke Benefits, Inc., which
administers the Bright Choices program
offered to chamber members.
“There is no doubt that Sabrina is going to make a huge impact on our Chamber membership,” said Hale. “Her graciousness, tenacity and love for our Tech Valley community is contagious. We are thrilled to have Sabrina as part of the Chamber team.”
Pete Bardunias, Chamber President/ CEO, noted that Heilmann “has already been a very effective emissary for this organization, and instrumental in our growth to over 1050 members. Now she will have the resources needed to be even more effective, and fill an important vacancy on our staff.”
Heilmann has an extensive background in the insurance industry in the capital region. A resident of Schenectady, she has been an ambassador for both the Schenectady and Southern Saratoga chambers of commerce, and will be making frequent field visits to businesses throughout the region covered by the Chamber.
