Brown comes to CMK from prior experience as listing coordinator for a real estate firm in the Albany area. CMK has felt the immediate benefit of her experience and input as she contributes to the company’s efficiency.

Officials said CMK grew from $8.5 Million of sales volume in 2009, to $41.6 million in 2012, bringing the company to a four-year sales total of over $93 million. That included a 62 percent growth from 2011 to 2012.
Cortelyou directs marketing, business development, strategic planning, and corporate communication efforts firm-wide. He oversees a variety of initiatives, including public relations, client relations, recruiting, and information technology.
Prior to his promotion, Cortelyou served as the firm’s chief marketing officer. He joined the firm in 2007, and since then he has been working tirelessly to implement the vision of the firm’s founding and managing partners.
Cortelyou planned and directed multiple expansion projects, including the launch of the firm’s offices in Washington, D.C.; Arlington, Va.; Syracuse and Buffalo.
