The 2013 Saratoga Showcase of Homes
announced a lineup of 11 award-winning
builders for this year’s event, taking place
over three fall weekends on Sept. 21-22,
Sept. 28-29 and Oct. 5-6, from 11 a.m. to
5 p.m.
The builders this year are Bella Home
Builders, Belmonte Builders, Bonacio
Construction, Heritage Custom Builders,
Malta Development, Polito Homes, R J Taylor
Builders, Robert Courtney Enterprises,
Saratoga Builders, Terrace Homebuilders
and Witt Construction.
Now celebrating 18 years, the annual
community event has contributed nearly
$800,000 to local charities. Tickets are
still only $20.
Organizers said a “Showcase Chef ‘s Comforts of Home” event at participating showcase locations is planned for Friday, Sept. 20, 5-10 p.m.. Tickets are $40 each, which also includes a 2013 Showcase of Homes ticket.
The organizing committee said Suburban Propane has signed on as a Platinum Presenting Sponsor, the company’s second year with the event. Other major corporate sponsors so far include; Andersen Windows, Boise Cascade, Burns Management, Crawford Door & Window, Curtis Lumber, First Niagara, Granite & Marble Works, Homestead Funding, National Grid, Paragon Home Loans, Realty USA, Roohan Realty, Saratoga National Bank and Trustco Bank. Corporate sponsorships are still available. Last year, 19 homes were featured in Saratoga County, and over 3,500 people visited the properties.
This year’s Showcase Committee has an extensive advertising, publicity and marketing campaign in development which includes the following official media sponsors – Saratoga Publishing, The Daily Gazette, Capital Region Building, YNN/Time Warner, Saratoga.com, 101.3 The Jockey, WGNA, Chronicle, Saratoga Business Journal, Saratoga Living magazine, The Business Review, Lamar Outdoor and more.
