Tully Rinckey PLLC announced that former Albany County Assistant District Attorney Lincy M. Jacob has joined the firm as an associate. Jacob will pull from her extensive prosecutorial experience to represent anyone charged with a violation, misdemeanor, or felony in the Capital Region.
John Wyatt was named Vice President, commercial loan officer at Ballston Spa National Bank. Wyatt is responsible for developing and managing commercial loan relationships.
He comes to BSNB with more than 20 years of experience in community banking, lending and management. Prior to joining BSNB, he was the senior lending officer at First National Bank of Scotia, where he oversaw residential and commercial lending originations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Lawrence university and graduated in 1991.
Wyatt has been a member of the Rotterdam Sunrise Rotary, the Glenville Rotary and the Schenectady County Chamber of Commerce. He was also the chairman of Land Record Services Title Agency. A resident of Charlton, he volunteers his time with local community programs including Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Junior Baseball, Burnt Hills Pop Warner, and Burnt Hills Travel Basketball.

Saratoga Hospital named Todd Zenio, RN, cardiac catheterization lab, as its Service excellence Star of the year for 2012.
Zenio, an employee of the hospital for three years, was recognized for his compassion, his high quality of care and for being a team player. The Service excellence Star of the year is selected from the hospital’s 12 Service excellence Stars of the Month.
In addition to Zenio, service stars for 2012 include: Teri Baldwin, laboratory services; Christina Dickson, Wilton Medical Arts; Claudette Farchione, volunteer services and the laboratory at Malta Medical Arts; Rose Gibbs, Fiscal Services; Jim Glockner, volunteer services; Amy Picard, Child Health Plus; Greg Sisk, cardiology; Noelle Smassanow, RN, women’s health services; Allona Steves, Primary Care at Wilton; Freddie Wedthoff, Intensive Care unit; and kate Zumback, volunteer services.
He will coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel as required to successfully complete projects safely, on schedule and within budget. Sowalski will also maintain the job site office and close out projects for the Albany based commercial construction company.
Sowalski joined BCI Construction in November of 2012 as an assistant superintendent. Prior to his position with BCI, he worked at various established construction companies in the Capital District. He is a graduate of Southampton College and Hudson Valley Community College.
