the hiring of Pamela Wickes, an experienced
certified fraud examiner, to lead the
firm’s Forensic Accounting Services division.
Wickes graduated with a Bachelor of Science
degree in accounting from SUNY Oswego. She
has over 16 years experience in the accounting
industry. In addition to obtaining her CPA
license, Wickes has earned the designations of
certified fraud examiner, certified in financial
forensics and accredited in business valuation.
She previously served as a controller in the
commercial private industry before working at
another public accounting firm for the past 15
years, most recently as a key player in the firm’s
valuation, forensic and litigation services division.
Wickes currently serves on the board of the
Albany Area Chapter of the Association of Certified
Fraud Examiners. She is also a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
the state Society of Certified Public
Accountants, and the Capital District Women’s
Bar Association, a chapter of the state Women’s
Bar Association.
Seeley Office Systems, a locally owned office equipment and supplies dealer, recently, promoted Nick Russell to the position of sales consultant.
Russell has been with Seeley for almost a year in sales training in telemarketing and customer service. He will be assigned to cover the sales of office equipment and supplies in the Saratoga County area.
A native of Saratoga Springs, he has a varied background working in technology, graphic design and sales. Russell is a graduate of Saratoga Springs High School and holds a B.A. degree in music and technology from Connecticut College.
Towne, Ryan & Partners PC announced Dana K. Scalere joined the firm as an associate, expanding its Employment and Labor Group.
Scalere represents clients in a wide variety of labor and employment-related matters under federal law including Title VII (Race/Color/Religion/ Sex/National Origin Discrimination), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as state laws, such as the NY Human Rights Law and Taylor Law. She also provides advice and training on all workplace-related matters.
Scalere has previously represented the federal government in various labor arbitrations, adverse/disciplinary actions before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and discrimination cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She also has past experience representing federal employees in collective bargaining negotiations and unfair labor practice grievances. Prior to joining Towne, Ryan & Partners, she was an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel at the Department of the Treasury in New York City.
She received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was managing editor of articles for Hofstra’s Labor and Employment Journal, and received her B.S. from Georgetown University.

Robin Selinger as service manager/controller
to its growing team.
Selinger’s responsibilities include directing
both the Traffic Control and the Finance
Department at StoredTech. In addition to her
responsibilities as controller, she ensures the
issues reported by clients are handled promptly
and professionally by engineers. She follows
through with quotes, orders, shipments, inventory,
and billing.
Selinger has a strong background in various
technology sectors including 15 years of quality
assurance, systems support, and technical
support experience in a telecommunications
software environment, as well as expertise in
all facets of accounting and IT functions.
C.T. Male Associates Engineering, Surveying,
Architecture & Landscape Architecture, P.C.
announced the addition of Robert Jess, P.E.,
as a new team member of the Land Services
Division.
Jess earned a degree in civil engineering
technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
He brings his experience managing
entitlement and design to C.T. Male.
As special projects manager, Jess will be
responsible for the management of large
projects for C.T. Male’s industrial, retail and
residential clients, in support of the Land
Services Division.
Kathleen Chace Larzelere has joined Select
Sotheby’s International realty as an associate
broker.
Larzelere had been involved in real estate
in the Lake Placid area since 2001. In 1986,
she left the corporate world of New York City
advertising to become a Realtor in New York
State and Connecticut.
In 1996, she started Chace & Friends LLC,
a real estate company focused on global marketing
for unusual properties in Greenwich,
Westchester and Long Island.
In 2001 she moved her family to Lake Placid
and has served the local market since.

Meghan Del Prete, owner of Reform. A True
Pilates studio in Saratoga Springs, recently returned
from the annual international Romana’s
Pilates convention in Nice, France.
Studio owners and instructors gathered to
learn from master level instructors trained by
Romana Kryzanowska, former colleague and successor
to Joseph Pilates. Presentations included
the history of Joseph Pilates, working with dancers
and acrobats and the science of why Pilates
works from a physical therapy perspective.
The convention was an opportunity to network
and plan for master level instructors to
come to the Reform Pilates studio in Saratoga
Springs to offer private lessons and specialized
workshops for clients in 2013.

Christopher Lyons as senior director and
counsel. He will oversee legal affairs as well

Lyons previously served as national counsel

A 1988 Graduate of Albany Law School, Lyons
was an associate editor of the Law Review, named

of the Alumni Council and is a former member
of the school’s board of trustees. He is active in

Surgeons Dr. Joseph W. Bell and Dr.
Frederick D. Reynolds have joined Saratoga
Hospital’s Center for General and Minimally
Invasive Surgery, located at 1 West Ave., Suite
125, in Saratoga Springs.
The center offers a broad range of surgical
procedures. Bell and Reynolds are accepting

Heather Lashway, formerly Berkshire
Bank’s New York regional manager has been
selected to fill the vice president position.
In her new capacity, Lashway will work
closely with the retail banking regional managers
to ensure products and services are effectively
and efficiently communicated to customers
while maintaining outstanding customer
satisfaction. She will also work cooperatively
with other business areas to ensure all financial
needs of customers, including lending, insurance
and wealth management, are being met.
Lashway joined Berkshire Bank as vice
president, regional manager – New York Region
in April 2011, bringing with her 17 years of
experience in retail banking.
This year The Albany Business Review
named Lashway to the prestigious list of “Forty
Under Forty” honorees. Prior to joining Berkshire,
she was with Citizens Financial Group,
where she served as senior vice president, sales
manager for 225 branches in New York. Lashway
earned her bachelor’s degree from Saint
