2025 Belmont Stakes Saratoga: Best Things to Do While You're Visiting

If you, like so many other horse racing fans, are headed to the Belmont Stakes in Saratoga, you may be looking for other things to do while you're in the Spa City. We've got you covered, with all the Saratoga hotspots and activities that horse racing enthusiasts will love.

Dancing Grain Farm Brewery

Rooted in rich soil and a reverence for the land, Dancing Grain Farm Brewery offers a uniquely refreshing escape in the heart of Saratoga County’s farmland. As a NYS Grown & Certified producer, they brew beer with integrity—from grain to glass—using ingredients grown right on the farm.

Located on a 300-acre farm just 15 minutes north of Saratoga Springs, Dancing Grain is more than a brewery—it’s a destination where agriculture and craft intersect. Their beers begin with barley sown in the fields and harvested with care, then brewed on-site to showcase the true terroir of this region.

This Belmont Week, get a true taste of that connection with their Field to Pint: Farm Brewery Tour & Tasting, hosted in collaboration with 9 Miles East on Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 12 PM to 2 PM. The experience includes a guided tour through their scenic grain fields and brewhouse, followed by a curated tasting flight and a farm-fresh lunch crafted by 9 Miles East—served just steps from where your beer begins.

Tickets are $75 per person and include the full tour, tasting, and lunch. Space is limited, and reservations are required (scan the QR code on the flyer or email farrah@dancinggrain.com for tickets).

Beyond this special event, guests can enjoy live music every Friday and Saturday evening throughout the summer, monthly movie nights under the stars, and a rotating lineup of food trucks, local artisans, and seasonal events—including their beloved annual sunflower festival.

Catering to more than just beer enthusiasts, Dancing Grain also offers a selection of ciders, wines, house-made non-alcoholic seltzers, and fermented teas—so everyone has something to drink. Family- and dog-friendly, they welcome the whole crew for a fun day on the farm.

Whether you're sipping a crisp Kölsch infused with wild yarrow, a fruity hazy IPA made with 100% NYS-grown ingredients, a robust stout brewed with farm-roasted barley, or a refreshing lager after a day in the field—every glass tells the story of great beer, grown here.
