Backyard Picnic Tables: First Come, First Serve

The large majority of Saratoga's backyard picnic tables, about 700, will be available on a first come, first serve basis per usual during the four-day Belmont Stakes Racing Festival, June 4 - 8, 2025.

Coolers & Outside Food Policy

Guests may bring their own coolers into the track during the 2025 Belmont Stakes Racing Festival. However, please note the following:

  • Outside alcohol (no glass containers) is only permitted on Wednesday, June 4 and Sunday, June 8.
  • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed every day, including Thursday, Friday, and Saturday when alcohol is not permitted.
  • Coolers must not exceed 12" x 18", and are limited to one per guest.

Reserved seats for the 2025 Belmont Stakes Racing Festival at Saratoga Race Course are on sale now!

Located in the heart of the backyard, Festival Tent tables offer a covered, open-air setting with TVs to catch all the live racing action. For Belmont Stakes Day on Saturday, each Festival Tent reservation includes a Picnic Bundle Box with an assortment of sandwiches, salad, chips, and water bottles—enough to serve six guests.

Two-Day Festival Tent Packages (Friday and Saturday) start at $1,800 per table.

Enhance your race day experience with a pre-ordered Picnic Bundle, available exclusively to Belmont Stakes Racing Festival ticket holders. These curated packages, prepared by Mazzone Hospitality, offer a delicious and convenient way to enjoy a day at Saratoga Race Course.

Ordering Information:

Picnic Bundles must be ordered online in advance and paid for by credit card. The ordering window closes at noon on Thursday, May 29. No refunds are available.

How to Order:

Purchase your Belmont Stakes ticket through the NYRA ticketing link. During checkout, you’ll be prompted to add-on a Picnic Bundle.

Trackside Bundle – $150 (Serves 6)

Includes:

  • 2 roasted turkey & brie sandwiches
  • 2 Italian-mixed sandwiches (ham, spicy capicola, salami & sharp provolone)
  • 2 chicken salad sandwiches (all white meat)
  • 2 grilled vegetable wraps (eggplant, squash, roasted peppers, garlic white bean hummus)
  • Mediterranean chickpea salad
  • Coleslaw
  • Saratoga Kettle Chips
  • Chocolate chip cookies
  • 6 bottles of water
  • All dressings and condiments are provided

Triple Crown Nosh – $180 (Serves 4–6)

Includes:

  • Locally sourced cheese & charcuterie with dried fruits, nuts, berries, olives, and honey
  • Artichoke parmesan dip with rosemary crackers & grissini breadsticks
  • Bruschetta with garlic-basil tomatoes, red onion, focaccia toasts, shaved parmesan & olive oil
  • Roasted garlic chickpea hummus with pita chips
  • Pico de gallo, guacamole, corn chips, and flour tortillas
  • 6 bottles of water

Picnic packages cannot be modified and include disposable plates, napkins, and flatware. Menu items include gluten and nut products.

Pickup Details: After placing your order, Mazzone Hospitality will contact you in May to confirm your order and provide pickup instructions, including time and location.
