Saratoga Lake Association
The Saratoga Lake Association (SLA) is a not-for-profit organization that promotes environmental quality of the Saratoga Lake area. The leaders work hard to enhance health, safety, sanitation, ecology and recreation in the area so that the lake is suitable for the public.
The SLA's sole source of funding is from membership dues and tax deductible contributions. It is an organization for everyone interested in the Saratoga Lake area. They promote environmental qualities through education, charitable contributions and environmental action.
Over the last several years, the SLA has had continued growth in membership. They have been making changes over the past few years but one of the most substantial is their ability to communicate regularly to members through electronic newsletters.
The SLA also offers a guide to help safeguard the quality of the environment and make Saratoga Lake a safer recreational place. They support the Saratoga Lake Protection and Improvement District (SLPID) to supervise, manage and control Saratoga Lake. SLA also believes in preserving the Lake's ecosystems and watershed through education and lake management techniques.
