\ncontinuation of the blog. It provides specific tips you can use to keep
\nyourself young and vital for a long time.<\/p>\n

The Checklist for Hormonal Health <\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

1. Aim for an optimal
\namount of sleep for you<\/a>, usually between seven to eight hours and
move
\nyour booty<\/a> daily.<\/p>\n

2. For a lot of
\nreasons
it’s
\nimportant to take measures to modulate your stress response<\/a>. This includes
\ndeep breathing, EFT (emotional freedom technique), mindfulness, movement, and
\nrelaxation. <\/p>\n

3. For woman, do
\nthings to increase the bonding hormone, oxytocin to optimize your “desire”. Include
\nactivities that promote happiness such as singing, talking to girlfriends, and participating
\nin simple pleasures. This will boost the feel good hormone oxytocin which helps
\nmitigate stress and makes your partner appear more appealing verses demanding.
\nMen can raise their testosterone levels with exercise and “manly” chores. <\/p>\n

4. Implementing
\ndietary factors including:<\/p>\n

\n

\u00b7Decreasing
\nyour intake of sugar which depletes hormonal production by robbing the body of
\nminerals and increasing insulin output.<\/p>\n

\u00b7Avoiding
\nalcohol which depletes human growth hormone (HGH)<\/p>\n

\u00b7Choosing
\norganic to decrease pesticide exposure which affects hormone receptors.<\/p>\n

\u00b7Eating
\nenough healthy, lean proteins such as fish and poultry and consuming healthy
\nfats such as olive oil, butter, coconut oil, nuts, and seeds. These foods contribute
\nto hormonal health and optimal blood sugar balance. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

5. <\/i>Implementing supplements as needed.<\/p>\n

For example,
\nmagnesium can help your mood, assist with detoxification, and improve your sex
\nhormone levels, including your testosterone and HGH.<\/p>\n

6. Essential oils
\nsuch as lavender, sage, and clary sage modulate the estrogen receptors
\nfavorably and help balance hormonal output.<\/p>\n
