Nutrients Help ADHD Symptoms, Study
Claims
Taking a good
multivitamin can help focus in those struggling with ADHD.
In an eight-week
study published in The British Journal of Psychiatry, 80 adults with ADHD
demonstrated a positive correlation between ADHD symptoms and vitamin intake. The
study compared supplements containing vitamin D, vitamin B12, folate,
magnesium, ferritin, iron, calcium, zinc and copper, or a dummy pill in a
placebo group.
