I just discussed on my homepage how the recent The HayHouse World Summit united with in serendipitous timing with my training with the Institute for Functional Medicine’s 2013 Annual Symposium, Illuminating the Energy Spectrum. The main theme of both of these learning events was the power of belief and the brain in healing and the unification of science and medicine with energy.
Furthermore, another recent program brought me to my knees in gratitude for this shifting medical paradigm of doctor vs. patient into a humanistic and holisitic therapeutic partnership. This was the HayHouse interview with Dr. Lissa Rankin by Dr. Holden on his Shift Happens radio show (posted on my Facebook page).
I was brought to tears as she explained how modern physicians are uniting for training to re-learn why they entered medicine. Dr. Rankin is reigniting the healing power of service and using our scientific minds to bring back the humanity in medicine that has been beaten out of many burned-out and compassion-fatigued physicians. After all, heart disease is the number one killer in the United States. With social isolation as the biggest independent risk factor, it’s time to find healing beyond statins as a cure-all.
Dr. Rankin discussed six powerful steps in how to bring about a holistic healing response and shared the renewed hope of the body’s ability to heal. I urge you to visit the spontaneous remission project homepage if you feel hopeless about a current diagnosis.
These blogs are dedicated to all of my clients who have been my partners as well as my teachers through the years as well.
