It’s with great pleasure that I introduce the newest addition to Skin Essential’s menu of services: The Essential Organic Facial.
Though I do enjoy adding seasonal treats to the menu, like a chef, the addition of a staple “entree” is not taken lightly. However, in my practice, I have witnessed again and again, the need to offer a completely organic facial for the following:
Many of us have sensitivities to products, which benefit from the use of pure ingredients and many of us are conscious of the type of ingredients being used and prefer organic.
In answer to this, I have been busy researching over the past months looking for products that were reasonably priced and had good shelf life. Finally, I have found lines that support both concerns.
The description of this new treatment offering is as follows:
The Essential Organic Facial: Created to answer the needs of those who require purity of product, this customized treatment will be adjusted for your particular skin type and concerns: oily, dry, acneic, sensitive or a combination thereof.
I am excited to roll out this new facial and hope that you will enjoy it as much as I do!

Reisa’s organic facials are wonderful. She provides the science of skin care with holistic health. I recommend to all my clients to use products that are organic. Most commercial personal care products have been found to contain ingredients which have been linked to diseases, cancer, and hormonal imbalances. By decreasing the amount of chemical exposure to your skin, you are practicing preventive medicine. Thank you Reisa, for providing this service!

What’s interesting to me is that oftentimes we forget that skin is the largest organ of our bodies. We take care of what we put into our stomaches, but are less concerned about what we put onto our epidermis, which breathes and allows the transfer of oxygen, fluids, and toxins in and out of our bodies. It’s very important to professionally exfoliate and deeply cleanse our outer layer first to rid ourselves of debris and also then to allow the good to make its way into our systems.
