What You’ll Do / Job Summary:

As a Field Technician at Renewal Claim Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to assist homeowners in recovering from water, smoke, or fire damage. With over 25 years of industry experience, we are a well-established and high-performing textile and electronics restoration company. This position primarily involves handling job-related activities outside of our facility, including estimations, pack-outs, deliveries, on-site cleaning services, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Regular travel to affected homes using company vehicles to pick up and deliver items.
Handling estimations, pack-outs, rush deliveries, short-term deliveries, final deliveries, house of values (HOV), on-site cleaning services, drapery rehanging, and all other field-related activities and services.
Ensuring a superior level of professionalism and service delivery is maintained at all times.
Assisting in the management of our warehouse as needed.
Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while working in various environments.
