Can they walk? Toss the sippies and plastic!

When I saw my nutritionist guru take away the plastic cup I gave her 3 year old and replace it with a glass, I thought, let's see how long it takes for that to spill and sure enough my kids...

I am a mother of three kids who discovered how food can heal when my children were little riddled with allergies and constantly sick. At one point, I told the pediatrician, “I think I should have my own room here as we practically live here anyway”. Sick of antibiotic after antibiotic and hearing my eldest hack all night due to dust mite allergies, when a friend offered an alternative route just by changing our diet, as crazy as it sounded, we jumped on it. The sinus infections and coughing all night ceased within 3 weeks. So although I have no training in nutrition. I am always seeking out ways to keep us healthy so I can focus on having fun with my kids instead of tending to their health needs.

I’ve learned a little bit along the way and hope that this blog can help other moms and kids too. I’d love to hear from you on what works for snacks and to keep your healthy, so please share. This is blog is about sharing together what we know, so we can all grow strong and healthy.
