At the beginning of last year, I explored<\/a> the concepts of health and wellness and how my viewpoint has expanded on them over the years. To me, health and wellness are comprehensive and dynamic concepts. They are inclusive of the body, mind, spirit, community, and socioeconomics. They are also personalized in that everyone\u2019s goals for why they wish to achieve them are different.<\/p>\n In 2022, I asked you to ponder:<\/p>\n (a) What are your definitions of health and wellness?<\/p>\n (b) What purpose do you have in aiming to achieve them?<\/p>\n Now, it\u2019s time to take stock.<\/p>\n I\u2019m asking you to ask these same questions to yourself again.<\/p>\n Did you? Did they change?<\/p>\n After all, without knowing what drives you and what you feel is of value, why would you strive for and\/or stick to \u201chealthy habits?\u201d<\/p>\n Heck, maybe it\u2019s just not that significant to you. Well, then stop reading now.<\/p>\n Okay, you\u2019re still here.<\/p>\n I think, then, that you agree that only with alignment with one\u2019s truth can a true transformational and lasting change in health occur.<\/p>\n What is your reason on why you want to be healthy?<\/p>\n For some, achieving healthy harmony means they can feel unencumbered to enjoy their grandchildren?<\/p>\n For others, it\u2019s to move through their life\u2019s purpose with abundant energy and focus.<\/p>\n Maybe it\u2019s both for you, or, is it something different?<\/p>\n Jot it down.<\/p>\n Then, read these article resources<\/a> I’m providing to see if you gain some insight into how you can commit to more of your goals for healthy habits in 2023.<\/p>\n Don\u2019t worry.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not the same ol\u2019 diet culture diatribe of guilting you into eating \u201cbetter\u201d and \u201cexercising more.\u201d<\/p>\n Rather, it’s what I feel is some of the most crucial information to arm yourself with into 2023 and what has provided benefits to myself and my clients, all available here<\/a>.
