In the previous article<\/a>, I explored the extreme stressors children and adults are up against this school year. Due to current events, the economy, and shifting technology, parents, teachers, and kids are dealing with so much more than the usual back-to-school jitters and academic pressures.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately,<\/a> these chronic, excessive pressures have negative emotional, mental, and physical health ramifications. Since our children\u2019s brains are still developing, they are at an even higher risk of experiencing these detrimental impacts.<\/p>\n

Therefore, offering additional supportive<\/a> mind-body approaches, along with conventional psychiatric care, is crucial for dealing with our mental health crisis.<\/p>\n
