Although there has been some controversy around essential oils having estrogen-like properties, this is likely not true. This is based on the evidence we have so far and their chemical structure. Rather, they work in a holistic way.
These aromatic molecules can aid in addressing the root causes of hormone imbalances. This includes through modulating stress, mood issues, sleep problems, and other bodily functions. Essential oils can also improve cellular responses to hormones due to their biochemical properties.
