With the start of the New Year, people are making resolutions and assessing what areas in their lives need improvement.
Many believe that working hard is the only way to achieve these emerging goals. However, I feel there is a kinder, softer way. This is through calming your mind and body to access your inner wisdom for more clarity.
When we take time to “stop and smell the oils” not only are we enhancing our emotional and physical health, but we are also allowing our minds and bodies to realign with peacefulness. This provides us the opportunity to access our own inner truths and prioritize the changes that we need to make to have a healthier, happier, and more balanced life. By nourishing ourselves, re-aligning with our true self, and ensuring our own cup is full, we can also be fully present for others and enjoy the precious moments and ordinary wonders of daily living.
In my latest clinical tip, I offer you a gentle reminder to be more nurturing to yourself into this new year. I then highlight three resources that you can use to optimize your wellness journey and whole mind-body transformation.
Topics include:
-the importance of self-care
-a post on using essential oils to lower stress and cortisol
-an article on how essential oils can aid in overcoming the loneliness and confusion that can accompany making changes
– a video blog that focuses on aromatic blends and essential oils that support overall wellness, resiliency, and emotional balance
