In this episode of the Essential Oil Revolution, I discuss five ways essential oils can support healthy hormones in a holistic and integrative way. Since essential oils have multiple mechanisms of action, and contain hundreds of biological compounds, this podcast could have gone on for an inordinate amount of time. So, to save us all time and brain overload, I narrowed it down to five key points and kept the length of the it to about 30 minutes.
