Beyond the everyday life stressors and technological distractions, current events, polarizing topics, and the economy are making it hard for humans to focus and concentrate.
In my latest post, I discuss how stress impacts our brain’s ability to pay attention and discuss seven other things that could be impacting cognition. These include:
- Lack of Sleep
- ADD/ADHD
- Hormonal Imbalances
- Gut Health
- Lack of Brain Food
- Lack of Priorities and/or Acceptance
- Medications
I also have a special section on digital distraction and highlight how naturopathic medicine and essential oils, four of my favorites, can support one’s memory and focus.
