Acceptance is not an easy concept to swallow. Human beings are preprogramed to want things to go their way and to have people behave in a manner that makes them comfortable. Alas, life is not that simple.
People tend to not like being told how to act, and the world tends to shove its little unexpected events at us when we are least expecting them. (Case in point- 2020.)
So, how do we cope with uncertainty and the unwanted actions from others?
With a different mindset, resilience, grit, and compassion.
Yet, it starts first with acceptance, because without being truthful about the reality of the current situation one stays stuck, ridged, and unhappy.
In my latest post, I dive more into the concept of acceptance and provide a tool that can help one achieve it more easily.
You will learn:
- What you don’t have control over and the one thing you do (yourself… and your own actions and responses)
- How acceptance is the key to being empowered and an emotionally freer life
- A blend of essential oils that support the emotional and physical transformation into acceptance
- How the world can change for the better with acceptance
