2020 has been a trying year. As we approach the holiday season, many are feeling more isolation, grief, and emotional distress than ever before. Thanksgiving is a few days away, and, rather than feeling blessed, the majority are feeling even more separated.
For this reason, I feel it is important to offer tools to help us move through these tumultuous times with more ease and grace. In my latest post, I provide a summary of the many factors involved in achieving emotional harmony. I then discuss various ways that essential oils support brain and mental health.
Topics include:
- Essential oils influence on brain patterns
- How brain biochemistry is modulated by essential oils
- Essential oils for supporting mental health and the stress response
- An emotional essential oil blend to assist one in feeling more grateful when everything is uncertain, and traditions are interrupted
As I previously stated, “All emotions can be treated as a guest and we can learn to embrace them, but sometimes we need a little help moving through them. That’s where essential oils come in!”
I hope you all realize how incredibly grateful I am to have you as readers.
May you discover new ways to nurture yourself and feel blessed this Thanksgiving holiday.
